Art Starement

This collection is inspired in the exploration of the Rattan technique, the softness and versatility of the incredible magic copper and the colors it achieves when is fired. I have a weird connection with Nefertiti I unconsciously always make her crown shape.

This collection is inspired by the Plisse technique, the Bandoneón, main instrument  of the Argentinian Tango music the garlands we use to make with crepe paper for our birthdays when I was a little girl, Diego Velazquez paints the collars that men use to wear during the Baroque period and the Möbius Strip which I’m obsessed with and you will see it all over my work.
